Raíces Morenas does not accept returns nor do we accept exchanges. We understand that unique situations may arise. If you have a specific concern about your purchase, please contact us at hola@raices-morenas.com and let us know your situation and the reason for your refund request. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues:

At Raíces Morenas, we take great care to ensure the quality of our handmade items. While we are not responsible for minor damages that may occur during shipping and delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is significantly damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide a solution.

We are committed to offering excellent customer service. As a small business, we may, in some cases, be unable to replace or exchange an item. Please keep in mind that our items are handmade and may occasionally have imperfections.
